Our app analyzes your golf swing and provides custom coaching. It uses uploaded swing videos and related data to generate feedback.

3. Eligibility

Users under 18 must use the app with parental or guardian supervision. Use of the service is prohibited for those under 13 without verified consent.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

All one-time purchases are processed via Paddle. We offer a 30-day refund policy, no questions asked, unless abuse is suspected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or rights
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Interfere with or harm the service
• Share account access
• Resell or redistribute service content

7. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a license to use it to provide the service. Do not upload content you don't have rights to.

8. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the service content and software. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid in the last 6 months or $100.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Legal actions must be brought in that jurisdiction.
